Bob has 40 plus years in business experience working with Fortune 500 as well as private businesses in manufacturing, printing, and direct marketing agency roles. He has held a number of senior mgt. positions with a track record of repetitive success developing and refining teams focused on a common goal primarily in the sales and operations arenas. He has coached teams that have generated from a few million to a few hundred million in volume.
Bob lives in Centerville Ohio and earned his degree in Ag. Economics from The Ohio State University where he still is active as a guest lecturer and national marketing team coach.
In addition to working with client’s on strategic planning and execution, Greg currently owns and operates two small businesses. Pairing this unique “operator’s perspective” with deep consulting experience enables Greg to understand what it really takes to implement growth strategies amidst other competing priorities.
Greg is excited for the opportunity to help owners grow, develop and thrive using the TAB process.
Earlier in his career, Greg held leadership positions with Bank of America, Lexis-Nexis and Brixey & Meyer. His professional experience includes leading teams of 50+ people, implementing large scale technology programs, turning around broken organizations, optimizing key business processes and consulting with clients to solve their most challenging business problems.
Greg and his wife Amy live in Bellbrook and stay very busy with their 4 school aged children.

Rick is a trusted advisor with more than 20 years of business ownership experience in three successful start-up companies. He enjoys helping owners and leaders improve and grow their companies.

He has authored business plans and been involved in numerous merger and acquisition opportunities.
